核融合炉におけるパルスプラズマの模擬実験(SIMULATION OF PULSED PLASMA IN A NUCLEAR FUSION REACTOR)

核融合炉のプラズマと壁材料が接する領域では、間欠的にエネルギーの高いプラズマが飛来します。そのようなパルスプラズマをコンデンサバンク等を用いた瞬時的な放電電力の増加で模擬することで、実際の核融合炉で予測される現象を明らかにします。

In the region where the plasma of the fusion reactor contacts the wall material, high-energy plasma is intermittently ejected. By simulating such pulsed plasma with instantaneous increases in discharge power using a capacitor bank, etc., we can elucidate the phenomena that are predicted in actual fusion reactors.
