プラズマ改質を利用した材料応用研究 (Photocatalytic application of plasma treated materials)

金属へのプラズマ照射により、綿毛状になった金属等を用いて,これまでにない機能性ナノ構造材料金属の創成を行います。光を用いて化学反応を促進する光触媒材料(光電気化学実験,エチレン分解)や,機能性光学材料の特性評価などを行っています。

We fabricate novel functional nanostructured metals (and its oxides) with fuzzy structure by plasma irradiation. We are working on photocatalytic materials that use light to promote chemical reactions (photoelectrochemical experiments, ethylene decomposition), and characterization of functional optical materials.

材料応用研究

Enhancement of photocurrent on WO3 by He plasma treatment [1].
